The Necromancer, Your Predictions

maybe mars was a necromanser before his aura hardened and maybe sopie will release him and he could help dee being back the mother of the gods.

I have to say, I agree with both of you regarding this. Mars would be pretty unexpected as I think we've all counted him out on account of him being imprisoned.

Another person we may not have considered fully is Gilgamesh. Perhaps the reason he has no aura is because he is The Necromancer, or even vice versa. It's left field but then who would have predicted what happened to Scatty and Joan?

Not to mention that Mars resides in the catacombs under Paris...a very Necromancer-ish place to be. I've also considered him.

And speaking of Michael being tricky with words, I've still been wondering if "met" qualifies if the character has been talked about, but not physically shown.

No, "met" as in we have met and learned about this character by the end of book 3.
